All the “Three”……HEART, BODY & MIND have their respective imporatnce in our physical body and thus have their individual roles to keep the body going healthy in all means. We all have an idea of these roles of the “Three” in scientific or medical contexts.

However, when we consider and evaluate their roles in terms of Psychological aspects then there is a very interesting finding. This includes, basically their individual acts into our day to day life and on our pathways to achieve success.

I have tried to focus on the behavioural content of all these “Three” alogwith the suggested course of action to get the maximum benefit out of them.

Conflict is - what happens between these “Three”and handling of these conflits genuinely and wisely is the key to one’s success.

This entire collection is focussed on these important concepts….

Let us understand the act of the “Three” to our best.


We all face several times a state of our own internal confusions and dilemma in acting or taking a clear decision.

This all is based on this conflict between so called “Three”.

The entire game is to understand them deeply and analyze by giving preferences to them in any state of internal controversies.

Perhaps, practising after understanding these concepts will certainly enrich your results and bring you much more closer to your achievements.


The various acts executed by us under different circumstances are based on how much they been influenced by our HEART, BODY and MIND. The individual and overall contribution by each of them thus decides our behavioural aspects and hence the approach towards our acts as a personality.

Therefore it is very important that we consider each one of them individually for our study and perfect understanding including the influence of their domination on our external actions.

Whatever we think and we execute into our day-to-day proceedings is basically attibuted by a background of laid vision. It means basically how we presume and expect the world to be. Most of us at many times then just flow with it as a natural phenomenon.

However, on the scientific front, it all can be controlled and designed in most of the cases as we want it to be.

This is really TRUE !

It can happen that we can actuate our internal powers to prepare ourselves for forth-coming challenges and to withstand as per the requirements.

Going into a bit deeper into this argument, we need to break-down our entire identity into 3 compenents viz.

• Heart

• Body

• Mind

To start with and to understand this concept, the first very step is to treat them all as separate individual identities – who are basically your very close friends but they need to be consulted at different-different circumstances ( separately ) into your daily acts, behaviour and above all into “Decision Making”.

The Three – makes it all happen.

Once you start considering, consulting and hence controlling them under different situations then you can really see how Challenges are enjoyed by you. There will be big drift from escaping from challenges to accepting and welcoming the new challenges. Your Life will change completely with filled in Positivity and Enthusiasm. Your approach will be always clear with well defined and synchronised steps to be executed for the completion of a task. That in turn will lead to success by all means to you in all of your proceedings.

Let us start our learning and understanding these laid concepts by some exercises.

Take a note pad and think about some of the decisions which you have taken so far in your life. Condition is that these decisions should be solely your own decisions and not those ones, which you have taken either after consulation with someone or under influence of someone to whom you regarded as an ideal reference person to just copy him / her.

The best could be if there are about 5-6 decisions tabulated in your note pad. May be small but important is solely your decisions.

Crude examples could be even such as when you went for a shopping with friends you just found a T-shirt attractive and apealing for you. You decided to take it for yourself and finally purchased it.

Another small examples could be while ordering the food for yourself in a restaurant, you decided to order for a Pizza Margherita. Decision taken just out of yourself not because you saw someone ordering it.

Major and Influencing decisions, if you had experienced ever, could be enlisted as the selection of engineering steam for your career, which college did you chose for law, which city is selected by you for setllement, where did you decided to get your children for schooling etc. etc.

May be also something related to your career point of view in your service or business life.

Else if you are a student, may be something which you to prefered to study first and complete out of the available options etc. etc.

I mean to say just think off anything which you decided how or what you want to decide on it.

Once these decisions are listed, consider them one by one.

Before you really get into deep diving on these listed decisions, just write on the top of your note pad somewhere – “The Three : Heart, Body and Mind”

Now as the nest step, give a bit deep thought on analysing the factor or so called the driving force to push you towards taking such a decision. Means the driving force will surely be any one out of “The Three”.

Start with the first instinct and then drive until you reach any one out of the mentioned “The Three”. Try with deep thinking and analysis for jotting it down to get the final drive to make you to take that particular decision.

This is the most important phenomenon and the most crucial understanding in this entire journey to learn and to utilize “The Three” effectively and efficiently.

Once you are done with this process to define in the first entry of your list, do the same in similar manner to the rest of the enlisted decisions one by one.

At the end of this exercise you will find out, how many of such decisions were taken due to the final influence of either Heart, Body or Mind ?

This will provide an important analysis i.e. out of the enlisted decisions taken by you – mostly are taken for instance due to the predominated BODY feelings or it’s related requirements.

The next step further to this learning process is to check whether the decision could have been Better..

Means, instead of what was decided and executed, could there have been some better choice by any means whether it related to savings in time or money, building up of better impression or relationship, better results in terms of success in exams etc. etc.

Check and mention the alternate choice out of “The Three” in your list with internal understanding of why? or related reasoning for the same.
