Are You Still - Stuck in your PAST..

It is practically a matter of deep introspection to check whether you are still stuck up with something and somewhere in your past !
To drive further, we all think sometimes about our past and there is no harm into it. Past is something, which is familiar and known to us and hence there are times when our brain searches some of the episodes held into past.
However, there is a big difference in between thinking about the past vs living into the past !
Latter part, i.e. living into the past is something, which is basically a chronic disorder.
People who in most of their times, scroll into their past episodes and who practically disagree with the changes which have occurred with times into present or may happen into the future.
Those are the persons who need an immediate attention to themselves for correcting this syndrome.
If you find that you are clinging to a specific period from your past life and subsequently you don't feel that there is anything in the present or future which could possibly be better for you.
Or else, if thinking about the past by any ways actually makes you sad, then you may be stuck in the past and it is alarming !
Then it needs an immediate attention and a rectification to pull you out of such a fiction.
I would call it as a fiction, since it is actually not there at present and neither it’s going to be the same in future.
But if you still feel that it is there or it will be repeated again, then it is just a fiction.
No-where related to actuality indeed.
Hence, you will always miss out what is in front of you.
For you the life is still somewhere trapped into an old movie and making you to see the same movie repeatedly.
If that is so, how can the new releases be enjoyed !
It's a laid fact, nothing remains consistent or same ever into anyone's life.
Changes are bound to happen.
Then why, it is at all needed to stuck to the same episode of our life.
The happiest are those for whom the life is always with a new scenario.
We are human and we like challenges.
New arenas and new rhythm is what which makes us energetic.
We like the new things to happen into life.
It generates a curiosity and enables us to fetch new things into our life.
Be a part of this new world.
Make yourself grab the upcoming moments of your precious life.
Life meter is on countdown and we need to achieve all our dreams, all what we want in our life.
There are certain studies associated with Neurology which states that it is possible to get rid of your so called black past , may be gradually, by a process called as Deliberate forgetting.
Associated studies has reflected that it is possible for people to deliberately block certain bad memories of the past consciously.
A big part of this therapy is to divert your mind from such bad incidences from past which makes you anxious or nervous by any means.
A different concept, again from Neurology, is also dedicated to a therapy which enables one to neutralize the mind as and when needed.
This basically enables a person to make his mind zero or without any thoughts floating into the mind. Although this therapy needs a real mastering and practicing through Yoga or Pranayam concepts, but nevertheless it is very useful for those who usually find themselves struck up with some incidences from a particular day.
At times, once you are on the bed and when mind scrolls fast with worries, the said practice of bringing your thoughts to zero ( without any thoughts basically ), makes you to rest and to sleep instantly and perfectly.
This is all very important to make yourself fresh and loaded with new energy.
A very practical way to come out of such a syndrome may be also to get in regular touch with lot of people.
Talking and exchange of thoughts with various people makes your mind diverted from the entrapped past prison.
It could also help a lot to make yourself busy and engaged into various kinds of works or daily exercises. Being engaged into various tasks keep your brain also engaged into different activities and hence the attention devoted to the past is reduced or controlled.
Above all, the best remedy is to love yourself first and the most.
No matter what you are, where you are and into what circumstances – just admire yourself and adore yourself.
Trust into yourself and believe that whatever you have is the best suitable for you and whatever you have lost is just a matter of time.
It can be regained back or else it can be duly replaced by something else during the rest of your life.
