We surely feel Good, at times when something makes us Happy.
It could be a reward, an incident which is favorable to us, times which we spent with your near and dear one or something what you predicted and it subsequently happened as desired etc. etc.
There could be also certain incidences or instants, which come suddenly and while witnessing them you have Positive or a Good Feeling.
The better part to enjoy such feel good factors is that you are aware what makes you happy or provides a good feeling to you.
It could be anything, really anything - like a food, a drink, a visit, a phone call, a dress, a movie, a music and whatever or upto wherever your thoughts could float.
Believe me, the best ones out of us all and the happiest ones, are those who get instantly happy because of small-small things or incidences. They therefore Feel Good on most of the things or occasions associated with their life.
In order to mark the personalities of such persons and to define their behavior, the best is to define it as a Child's behavior.
Yes, when you closely observe a small child, you experience that a child is happy on too many things - all stitched within small- small episodes.
It is an underlined fact that the basket of Feel Good factors is totally full, during our childhood. In general, as we grow up and for most of us this basket gets of emptying gradually.
If you want to live a satisfied life with loads of happiness all around, with your personality full of good humour, you need to maintain that basket with more and more Feel Good factors.
Hence, switch to the Child’s behavior at times.
Start searching happiness into small things from your daily life routine.
That's basically not a tough task. Believe it !
What you need to do is to practice the following:
Ignore – Try to ignore things, which make you to feel negative and frustrated. Don’t flow with negative and demotivating remarks.
Good out of all bad – Try to generate and exercise a habit to fetch something good out of whatever bad you have. There is always something into it, which is better than the rest. Focus it and enjoy it.
Play the good part longer – There are always good and bad incidences in each one’s life. However, what we do is to remember on and on the bad ones only and seldom the good ones. Tray and practice the good tunes of your life.
Let the bad part go – Try to forget and ignore the bad episodes of your life. The shorter and the less in remembrance, they are – The happier you are.
Friendliness – Have a smiling greet to whomsoever met during the day. It will make the others already comfortable with you. Try to help others and be a part of their happiness. It is wells said that making other happy is making yourself happy too.
Plan but don’t bother much – Planning is always better for future, but bothering too much never changes the results however it adds up to your worries. Hence making you upset and unhappy.
Your personal time – Have some of your daily routine time – just for yourself and do what you personally like during that time may be it is a game to play or a chit0chat with friends on mobile or walking alone etc. But do during this time, just what you like.
These are some guidelines, which could really help in making yourself happy. It needs a regular practicing and the difference is evitable once these gradually turns out to be a part of your behavior.
