The "pre" - preparation part of a task..

There are two common ways to do a task:

Option 1 : straight away jump to the task.

Option 2 : prepare and execute the job.

While we talk about the option 1, stated above.

It is usually not considered as the best option always.

However yes, it might be necessary and important when there are certain strategic decisions need to be taken at the instance itself.

There is less time and an immediate decision on the spot is the demand or expectation.

Next, when we look into the option 2, surely most of the professionals as well as the executives do follow it.

Prepare for a job to be executed and then do it.
